About me

Welcome to teacup and cake. This blog is space for me to write about a manner of things that interest me – mainly travel, photography and books. I also throw in random posts from time-to-time. That’s how I roll.

After the rollercoaster year that was 2012 in which I saw the new year in Nepal, move to Oxford and then to London, I had to put this blog on hold. I’m hoping to revive this blog and will try to post regularly. I’m hoping that the city of London will inspire me. I also have another blog sarah rajabalee photography, which, yes, has my musings on photography. Surprisingly, my first post made Freshly Pressed.

I like most types of cake. I can’t really say what my favourite is, but I can bake a mean vanilla cheesecake with chocolate chunks. I like my tea strong with one sugar, although if I’m eating cake, then I’ll just have half a teaspoon. I also like cheese. And cats. But not together. Too furry for a start. I’m just imagining a cheese hat on my cat… I digress…
